Synergie Australia is seeking a HR Administrator for leader in rail engineering and construction located in Horsley Park

The important parts:

• 3-6 months temp assignment with a permanent opportunity available afterwards.
• Monday to Friday – no WFH
• 8AM to 4PM
• $35-38 per hour + super
  • $65-70k + super once permanent -PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING
• ASAP Start
• Horsley Park – parking onsite

What you will be required to do:

Our client is seeking an experience administrator with exposure to HR duties as a bonus to join their team. It will begin as a 3-6 month temp assignment and will go permanent for the right candidate. 

The candidate will need to have 2+ years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination

• Maintaining of training and recertification records
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and management of probation periods for all employees, including offboarding and terminations
• Issuing of employee contracts and liaise with payroll to ensure appropriate remuneration is maintained,
• Provide assistance as required to general admin tasks as assigned by the HR Manager,

To be successful in the role you will:

• Strong administrative background - over 2+ years
• A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to handle a reactive work environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to manoeuvre through various tasks as required,
• Have working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
