Part-Time/Casual Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both social media and broader marketing. You’ll help manage our online presence, create engaging content, coordinate marketing activities and support campaigns that build brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms

• Develop captions, reels, stories, graphics and other content

• Manage the social media content calendar

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement

• Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities to grow engagement

• Track social media performance and provide insights and recommendations

General Marketing

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

• Coordinate email marketing and newsletters

• Assist with website updates and basic content management

• Create and update marketing materials, presentations and promotional content

• Support events, launches and other promotional activities

• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, photographers or other external partners when required

• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels

• Assist with reporting, research and general marketing administration

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Creative, enthusiastic and confident producing marketing content

• Passionate about social media and digital marketing

• A strong communicator with excellent writing skills

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Detail-oriented with a good eye for branding and presentation

• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

• Comfortable using Canva and social media scheduling tools

• Familiar with email marketing, website content and basic marketing analytics

• Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation is preferred
