About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Blue Collar Recruitment team.Supporting clients across North-West Victoria, you'll manage recruitment within the supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. You'll inherit an established client base with active roles to fill from day one, while also growing your own portfolio through relationship building and business development.This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll manage both clients and candidates, delivering end-to-end temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
What You'll Be DoingManage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placementBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSource, screen, interview, and place quality candidatesDeliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insightsManage offers, onboarding, compliance, and payroll administrationMaintain accurate CRM/ATS recordsWork with the team to achieve individual and business targets
What We're Looking For3–5+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally running a blue-collar temp deskExperience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industriesStrong relationship-building and client management skillsProven ability to achieve recruitment and sales targetsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA motivated, team-focused, and results-driven approach
