The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Bundaberg team.

This role offers a warm desk with active clients and immediate billing opportunities, while also giving you the autonomy to grow your own market across the Bundaberg region.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across blue and white-collar sectors, partnering with clients across mining, civil, industrial, transport, and professional industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Building and growing client relationships
• Driving new business development
• Managing active vacancies and candidate pipelines
• Delivering high-quality temp and permanent recruitment solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Agency recruitment experience (Blue Collar 360 preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
