We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Site Administrator to join our maintenance team. This is a site-based role supporting our Newmont Boddington contract

This is a key support role working closely with our Maintenance Superintendent, Supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are effectively coordinated, documented and reported.

The successful candidate will have strong administration experience, ideally within a mining, civil, heavy industry or maintenance environment, and will be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Maintenance Superintendent, Supervisors and maintenance team.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, service histories and equipment documentation.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling, servicing and inspections.
• Raise purchase orders and assist with invoices, suppliers and procurement.
• Update maintenance systems and maintain plant and equipment registers.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs and fleet availability information.
• Support stock control, contractor documentation and mobilisation requirements.
• Liaise with maintenance personnel, suppliers and internal departments.

About You

• Previous administration experience within mining, civil, heavy industry or maintenance.
• Maintenance administration experience is highly regarded.
• Experience using maintenance management, CMMS or asset management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.

Requirements:

• Australian C Class Driver’s Licence (minimum).
• High level of computer literacy.
• High level organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is highly regarded.
• Previous experience using maintenance management software is highly regarded
