Marketing Account Manager

Sintoro is a dynamic marketing agency dedicated to helping small to medium business clients drive their marketing programs through our outsourced marketing team model.  

What we need

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Account Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity. 

This role is focused on the overall delivery of marketing programs for our clients, including managing and executing the day-to-day activities and being the key point of contact.

The Marketing Account Manager role is also responsible for managing set accounts in the Sintoro portfolio and all reporting to both the client and Sintoro management. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple accounts and marketing disciplines. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall delivery of marketing programs for our clients, including the day-to-day activities and acting as the key contact for their clients.
• Ownership of set accounts in the Sintoro portfolio, including all reporting to both the client and Sintoro management.
• Support the Account Director in their role to manage the overall Sintoro marketing consulting business.
• Responsible for ongoing communication with Sintoro clients, including weekly/fortnightly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not essential)
• Previous experience in account management, agency marketing, or related fields
• Experience in driving successful marketing programs, especially lead generation. 
• Ability to work well in a team, and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent CRM skills (Hubspot preferred)
