About the Opportunity

SimplyAI is seeking an experienced Senior Informatica IDMC Migration Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise data transformation programme.

This role will play a critical part in modernising an existing enterprise integration landscape by analysing legacy ETL implementations, designing modern ELT patterns and leading migration activities into the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform.

Working alongside architects, engineers and governance specialists, you’ll help deliver a structured, low-risk migration programme with a strong focus on automation, reconciliation and production readiness.

About the Role

As the Informatica IDMC Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing existing integration assets, designing migration approaches and delivering scalable cloud-native data integration solutions.

You’ll work across multiple migration waves while ensuring data quality, governance and operational excellence throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Configure and administer IDMC environments, including mappings, taskflows, connectors, tenant configuration and platform optimisation.
• Analyse and reverse engineer existing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and WhereScape RED implementations to understand current-state integration logic.
• Design modern ELT patterns that migrate legacy ETL processes into scalable IDMC-native architectures.
• Build reusable migration frameworks and support automation wherever possible.
• Lead data reconciliation activities including row-level validation, exception management and production cutover planning.
• Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures and technical documentation to support enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Governance teams and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Contribute to migration wave planning, execution and continuous improvement activities.

You’ll be an experienced Data Integration Consultant who enjoys solving complex enterprise migration challenges and takes pride in delivering well-governed, high-quality data solutions.

• Data reconciliation and validation methodologies
• Migration planning and execution
• Documentation and technical governance
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Collibra
• Metadata management
