About The Role

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse to join our welcoming team at Kolan Gardens Aged Care Service, a 22‑bed residential home in Gin Gin. We provide person‑centred care across a range of services, including residential, respite, palliative, and pastoral care. In this role, you’ll contribute to high‑quality clinical care within a supportive, close‑knit environment where the work you do truly matters.

About You

As our Registered Nurse, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents with professionalism, warmth, and compassion. You’ll thrive in our small, homely setting where your skills are recognised and valued. You’ll be supported daily by an on‑site Care Coordinator and a Facility Manager with strong clinical expertise—ensuring guidance, collaboration, and the leadership you need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Administering medications and updating care plansConducting baseline and focused assessmentsLeading and mentoring team members Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality care

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansPrevious aged care experienceCurrent First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CardAbility to work across day, afternoon, and night shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
