A great opportunity has opened for an experienced Venue Manager or a driven Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up and lead the Parkerville Tavern.

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who can continue to build on the venue’s strong family-friendly reputation while bringing fresh ideas and momentum. This role also offers the chance to play a key part in an exciting upcoming renovation, including a revamped outdoor area with a new kids’ play space, expanded dining options, outdoor screens, and improved weather protection.

The Parky is a stunning heritage venue set in the hills, surrounded by nature and popular walking trails. It attracts a mix of locals, tourists, families, and social groups. We need someone who can embrace what makes this place special and take it to the next level as it evolves.

What's on Offer:

• Generous Salary $90,000 - $105,000 + Super

• Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential requirements:

• 3+ years of Venue Management experience 

• Proven experience managing a large food and beverage-focused venue

• Strong experience working 

• Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team

• Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyze where there is an opportunity to grow your business

• Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business

• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends

• Write and control an effective roster

• Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss

• Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area

• Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
