Senior role in the CBD

Our client is a government agency who are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Advisor to join their team in the CBD.

This senior role is expected to deliver contemporary and customer-focused talent acquisition solutions services to senior executives within the department to help maintain a high-performance workforce that meets all ongoing organisational needs and strategic plans. You will be highly responsive and responsible for the daily management of the entire recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and onboard senior executive talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Partner with HR Business Partners and Senior Level Managers to provide expert advice for positions within the department and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to required KPIs
Provide end-to-end senior executive recruitment services within the department, from initial job briefing to final onboarding stage for senior executive talent in keeping with the GSE and best practice guidelines
Work with third-party providers to support senior level managers and employees with operational payroll/onboarding activities
Identify and analyse emergent issues, resourcing data and statistics, metrics, and trends to inform internal mobility and workforce resourcing activities and planning; prepare reports and submissions, and present information to support workforce decision making

Selection Criteria:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and selection process and procedures, managing senior level stakeholder recruitment
High touch approach to partner/advise/coach senior level stakeholders to deliver consistent world class talent acquisition outcomes, keeping with all NSW public sector requirements
Demonstrated mature level of customer-centric senior level stakeholder engagement experience
Sound level of understanding of recruitment legislation fundamentals and talent acquisition best practices
Stable work history
