The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Delivery team and manage the successful delivery of high-quality commercial construction and workplace projects.You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through construction and completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
What You’ll DoManage commercial construction projects from planning through to completion.Coordinate subcontractors and trades throughout the construction process.Attend and lead project and site meetings, providing clear updates to clients and stakeholders.Monitor on-site progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues.Manage project programmes, documentation, workflows and reporting.Ensure key milestones and client commitments are achieved.Work closely with Design, Pre-Construction and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project partners.
About YouWe’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager with strong construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.You’ll ideally have:5–10 years’ experience in construction project management or project engineering.Experience delivering commercial fit-out / tenant improvement (TI) projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes and subcontractor/trade coordination.Experience managing projects through the construction and delivery phases.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and construction project management software such as Vista.Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organisation and attention to detail.A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.LEED or other sustainability-related qualifications are advantageous.
