Receptionist

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines reception, administration, client service, and office coordination. You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The role includes reception management, administration support, client record maintenance, meeting room coordination, and general office support responsibilitie.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming clients, visitors and suppliers and creating a positive first impression.
• Managing the reception area and answering incoming calls and enquiries.
• Coordinating and scheduling meeting room bookings.
• Preparing meeting rooms for client and internal meetings.
• Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of meeting rooms, including arranging maintenance and restocking supplies when required.
• Coordinating couriers and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate client records and databases.
• Managing shared inboxes and supporting general administrative activities.
• Assisting with company statement processing, client correspondence and invoice preparation
