Receptionist

We are a growing Accounting & Taxation practice located in South Perth with easy access to public transport and free public parking.

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role offers flexible working arrangements with the option of full-time or part-time hours. Previous experience is not essential, anyone is welcome to apply.

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to the office team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and greeting clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after

• Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming reception and waiting area

• Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms before and after client meetings

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, postage, emails, and general correspondence

• Handle correspondences with ATO, ASIC and other government agencies

• Ordering stationery and monitoring office supplies to ensure the office is well stocked

• Preparing and formatting documents, including word processing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding

• Supporting office team with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required
