Service Advisor

As a Sunco Service Advisor, you'll have the very important task of being our customers' first point of contact. Their experience with us, starts with you.

Positions available Maroochydore.

This is a full-time opportunity. We are looking for the right staff, with the right attitude and the desire to learn and grow as part of our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Bring your smile - you're our first point of contact

• Book appointments, follow up and assist with customer enquiries

• Proactively communicate with customers 

• Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams

• Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships

About You:

• Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential

• Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience really means

• Well-presented and professional presentation

• Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Follow a proactive, not reactive approach

• Able to work Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1730pm
