SIXT Australia is seeking a Full time Customer Experience Agent/ Detailer to join the team in Darwin.

Job Description 

As a Customer Experience Agent/ Detailer, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:  

• Serving our valued customers at the counter

• Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counter/s, paperwork and fleet 

• Managing reservations 

• Answer any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone or by email

• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer.

• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage

• Delivering vehicles between sites

To be successful in this role, applicants will:

• Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude, and a flair for sales.

• Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation

• Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential

• Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks

• Current, unrestricted full driving license

• Flexible Hours

• Full working rights in Australia

• Ability to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervised

• A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations so shifts will include some weekends and nights.
