We're hiring multiple Customer Experience Agents to deliver exceptional customer service across our Blacktown, Castle Hill, and Penrith branches. You’ll be the face of SIXT, helping customers at the counter, managing reservations, and ensuring our fleet and offices are presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with rentals and inquiries.

• Handle phone bookings and general office duties.

• Maintain counter presentation and quality control.

• Light vehicle cleaning when required.

• Support banking and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicators who love helping people.

• A strong desire to exceed customers' expectations.

• Previous customer service or car rental experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

• A team player.

• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and weekends.

• A current and valid driver's licence (manual driving experience is highly regarded).

• A passion for delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile.
