Services Coordinator - WA

As a Services Coordinator at Sitzler Pty Ltd, you will be based in project locations across Western Australia, working within the Construction WA department. This permanent, full-time position falls under the category of Construction & Project Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various service activities to support construction projects in Western Australia. Your main tasks will include:

• Reviewing services sample submissions for compliance against specifications
• Coordination of services technical queries with Subcontractors and Consultants
• Liaising with Services Manager for technical support and guidance
• Performing QA inspections for services installations
• Coordinating services interfaces with Work Packages onsite
• Assist with the interface between Project Manager / Engineers and consultants for design changes and services clash solutions
• Support the Services Manager in assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders as directed in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory authority requirements
• Keep records relating to and maintain contact and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities

Qualifications 

Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job: 

 Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 5 years in the construction industry with experience relevant to services coordination 

   -Minimum of 5 years in services-related role 

   -Or other relevant qualification 

   -Or other relevant industry experience 

 Sound understanding of services design, installation and commissioning 

 Nationally Recognised Construction Induction 

 Drivers Licence
