Room Attendants

Love making spaces shine and creating a great experience for guests? Q1 Resort & Spa are seeking reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our on-site team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our holiday apartments.

Q1 Resort & Spa is Australia's tallest Residential Resort with luxury 1, 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom Apartments & Penthouses under management. Q1 has an awarding winning Day Spa, 3 Pools, Spa, Steam & Sauna Rooms, Gym plus our rooftop Skypoint Observation Deck & Restaurant all located opposite one of the world’s best beaches!

This is a casual position and offered on a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are presented with a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness with tasks including bed making, vacuuming, mopping floors etc

• Stock and prepare housekeeping trolleys with chemicals and essentials as required

• Report any damage or areas needing attention throughout the resort to the Executive Housekeeper

• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently when requested

Who We’re Looking For

• A confident, service-focused professional who takes pride in creating standout guest experiences.

• Previous experience cleaning in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.

• Strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members and understand workplace instructions and procedures.

• Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

• Successful candidates must be reliable, flexible, accustomed to working to timelines, possess a positive attitude and be detail oriented.

• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
