About the Role

Are you ready to take your ICU career to the next level? We are looking for passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit. Here, no two days are the same — you’ll be caring patients, using advanced technology, and working alongside a supportive team of critical care experts.

This role is perfect for an ICU RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing ventilated patients, and enjoys the challenge of complex, high-acuity care. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and excellence — all while working on a rotating roster that keeps things varied and balanced.

About You

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse.

• Minimum 12 months ICU experience.

• Confident and competent in ventilator management.

• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical setting.

• Flexible to work a rotating roster (days, evenings, and nights).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for patient-centred care.

• Cardiothoracic and neurosurgery experience.

• Postgraduate studies in Critical Care Nursing (or currently completing). (desirable) 

• ALS certification. (desirable)

Remuneration 

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
