Finance Officer

Pinegrove Funerals have an opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Finance Officer to join our team in Devonport. This permanent part time role (0.6 FTE of 22.8 hours per week), offers flexibility as well as a chance to contribute to a local, caring, well respected funeral business. The Finance Officer is responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of a variety day - to - day finance processing activities, predominantly related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure that the Pinegrove Funerals can operate efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will;

Perform the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions with oversight from the Finance Manager,

Prepare and submit invoices within the CRM,

Prepare and submit documents and funds for Pre-Paid Funerals as per process and Legislative requirements,

Assist and support the Operations Manager with general banking,

and other General Book Keeping functions as required or instructed by the Finance Manager or General Manager.
