This role ensures the smooth execution of customer plans, promotional activities, retailer compliance requirements, reporting processes, and the maintenance of key sales systems and documentation.

The position acts as a central coordination point between Key Account Managers (KAMs), Area Sales, Operations, Finance, and external retail partners to drive efficiency, accuracy, and execution excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retailer systems, product information, pricing updates, and customer administration.
• Coordinate retailer documentation, onboarding activities, and account setup requirements.
• Support sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, and customer presentations.
• Maintain digital shelf content, ensuring accurate and consistent online product information.
• Provide operational support through sales coordination, sample management, reporting, file maintenance, and onboarding activities.

About you:

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• FMCG or retail experience preferred, with knowledge of retailer portals, customer systems, ecommerce, or digital shelf management.
