Year Level Coordinator - Secondary School

Court Grammar School is a growing Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, Independent co-educational school in the Anglican tradition located in Mundijong. Our aim is to build a sense of belonging with the necessary frameworks to allow our students to feel valued and included in all facets of learning.

We are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher who is interested in a Leadership position for 2027.  

The key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):

• Being a proactive member of the Leadership Team, attending and supporting meetings; supporting and working closely with the Deputy Principal, Head of Secondary, other Year Coordinators, staff and students.

• Deliver exceptional pastoral care and wellbeing support for students.

• Lead student engagement, behaviour management, and year-level initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to support student success.

• Coordinate year-level events, assemblies, leadership programs, and community service activities.

• Support and guide Pastoral Care Advisors in the delivery of the school's pastoral care program.

• Contribute as a member of the school's middle leadership team and assist with year-level administration.

• Promote student leadership through the development of year group leaders and student voice initiatives.

• Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and high achievement aligned with the school's mission and values.

• To be involved in classroom teaching as required

• To complete other related and reasonable tasks assigned by the School Principal.
