About the Role:

This is a hands-on front-desk reception role managing a busy switchboard while also providing efficient, accurate, and timely support to our administration and sales teams. You will need to be driven and attentive to detail, as this position will be involved with:

• The prompt answering of all incoming calls and directing them to the right area

• Greeting and assisting customers, contractors and other visitors

• Assisting in both the administrative and sales areas of the business

• Line of communication between all relevant staff

• Ensuring the flow of accurate information

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative environment experience

• A great attitude towards customer service

• Excellent communication skills

• Office and data entry experience
