Receptionist

About the Role

Gold Group Consulting is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

• Manage appointments and maintain calendars.

• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation.

• Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail.

• Maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming reception area.

• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• A professional, friendly and positive attitude.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• The ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).

• A reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants with strong customer service or administration skills, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
