We are now inviting applications from interested candidates for a Customer Service Administrator position, based in Derrimut, VIC. 

We currently have two full-time opportunities available:

• One permanent full-time position

• One 12-month fixed-term position providing parental-leave cover

About the Roles

We are seeking 2x Customer Service Administrator's to be based at our Derrimut head office. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service through efficient order processing, responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, and working closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This position is responsible for all facets of customer service, from processing customer orders to finalizing customer orders thru invoicing. Maintaining backorders, forward orders, special requirement orders. Liaising with customer as well as the relevant sales rep. Credits, corrections, new customer set up and maintenance, data entry, stock transfers, as well as consignment stock invoicing and reconciling. Answering all incoming calls, other general office & ancillary duties as requested.

About the Role

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from entry through to delivery

• Coordinate collection and delivery orders with the warehouse

• Respond to customer delivery enquiries and provide order updates

• Check pricing against purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation

• Process customer transactions and returns

• Work with Finance to resolve invoice and credit issues

• Check that special and promotional pricing is correct

• Maintain accurate order information to support timely invoicing and delivery

• Record and follow up customer complaints
