Retail Sales Specialist - Golf (Full Time)

About The Role

Golf Clearance Outlet is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill.

This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right gear — from beginner setups through to premium equipment — while contributing to the overall performance of the store.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, takes initiative on the shop floor, and wants to be part of a team that drives strong in-store results.

What You'll Be doing

• Recommending and selling golf equipment, apparel and accessories

• Restocking and assisting with day-to-day store operations

• Driving add-on sales, bundles and overall transaction value

• Supporting in-store promotions and campaigns

• Maintaining store presentation and organisation

• Building relationships with repeat customers

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy to the shop floor and takes ownership of their role.

• Comfortable starting conversations with customers and building rapport naturally

• Takes initiative — sees what needs to be done and acts without being asked

• Balanced approach to sales and teamwork — understands that strong individual performance and supporting the store go hand-in-hand

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute across all aspects of the store

• Confident communicator who can adapt to different types of customers

• Interest in golf or willingness to learn quickly

• Realistic on-target earnings between $60k-75k, with higher earnings achievable for strong performers
