Currently we seeking applications from experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our operational team in berry nsw

The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:

 3 years + experiences in a management stream in hospitality sectors

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to Recruiting, training and supervising staff

 The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

 Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.

 Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.

 Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus

 Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice

 Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members

 Maintain high standards and lead by example

Key Qualifications & experience

 Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with

outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in

the similar stream.

Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)

 Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance,

oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new

menu as per the market needs.

As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary

Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
