Whether it's our iconic Manly venue, our brand new Warringah Mall location or future opportunities across the region, you'll play a key role in leading high performing teams and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As a Venue General Manager, you'll be at the heart of that, leading your own business, developing incredible people and bringing the Chi to life every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead your venue like it's your own, creating an exceptional experience for every guest.Build, coach and develop a high performing team while creating future leaders.Recruit, onboard and train team members who live and breathe the Yo-Chi values.Drive a positive, high energy culture where people love coming to work.Own your venue's commercial performance, including sales, labour, COGS and profitability.Analyse performance, identify opportunities and build action plans to continually improve results.Maintain exceptional standards across product quality, cleanliness, food safety and compliance.Manage rostering, stock ordering, inventory, reporting and daily operations.Build strong connections within your local community and help grow the Yo-Chi brand.Lead from the front every day, supporting your team through busy services and celebrating every win.

About You

3-5+ years leadership experience in hospitality or retail.Proven success leading a venue, restaurant or store, with accountability for both people and performance.Commercially minded, with experience managing labour, sales, cost control and operational KPIs.Highly organised, adaptable and confident leading in fast-paced environments.A passionate people leader who loves coaching, developing and celebrating team success.
