NDIS Plan Manager

About the Role

CatholicCare Central Queensland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Plan Manager to join our You Matter Plan Management team.

In this role, you will work closely with NDIS participants to help them manage their plan funding effectively while ensuring compliance with NDIS legislation, operational guidelines and business requirements. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining strong relationships with participants and providers, and supporting the ongoing growth of our Plan Management services.

Key responsibilities:

• Support NDIS Plan Managed participants to utilise their funding in line with their approved plans.
• Process participant invoices, claims and statements accurately and within required timeframes.
• Assist with onboarding new participants and maintaining accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, operational guidelines and Plan Management obligations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, providers and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development activities to promote You Matter Plan Management.
• Achieve key performance indicators that support the ongoing sustainability of the service.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Services or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with the NDIS, including a sound understanding of NDIS Plans and Plan Management.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.

In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate:

• High level of skill in understanding and interpreting NDIS Plans;
• High level of accuracy in data entry and the ability to work within legislated timeframes;
• High level of communication skills, both written and verbal;
• High level of knowledge and skill using the Microsoft Suite, specifically MS Excel;
• Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; and
• Demonstrated experience of working within a team environment.
