Commercial Cleaner

Dust Gone Cleaning Services is a leading commercial cleaning company servicing government facilities, healthcare centres, childcare centres and commercial buildings across Broome. Due to rapid business growth, we are seeking motivated, experienced commercial cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a cleaner, you will perform a broad range of cleaning tasks, which vary according to the needs of our clients. General duties include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces;

• Selecting and utilising appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from surfaces;

• vynal floor polishing and stripping

• carpet cleaning

• Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorisers to surfaces to remove odours;

• Reordering cleaning supplies as needed;

• Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash;

• Using chemicals, solvents, high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning equipment, such as wet vacuums and other suction equipment;

• Follow correct chemical use and safety procedures.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, attention to detail and hygiene standards.

• Adhere to relevant occupational health and safety guidelines.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.

• Good knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and their applications.

• Sufficient literacy and numeracy to read instructions and measure cleaning fluids.

• Good English communication and customer service skills.

• Strong time-management and ability to work independently.

• Police Check or ability to obtain one.
