Your Impact

As a New Homes Consultant, you'll help customers turn the dream of home ownership into a reality while building a successful sales career with one of Victoria's most recognised residential building brands, Boutique Homes.

Unlike traditional display home sales roles, this opportunity is based within our Internal digital team featuring a flexible roster throughout the week. You'll work with digital and phone-based enquiries, leveraging your relationship-building and sales skills to guide customers through one of life's biggest purchasing decisions. Your responsibilities will be to -

• Convert inbound enquiries into new home sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide buyers through the entire sales journey.
• Match customers with home designs and house and land solutions that suit their needs and budget.
• Leverage digital leads, phone enquiries and referrals to drive consistent sales results.
• Create an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers move seamlessly from enquiry to construction.

What We're Looking For

• A proven sales performer who loves building relationships and closing deals.
• Someone who is motivated by targets, results and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Experience in new homes, real estate, property, automotive, retail sales or another customer-focused sales environment will be highly regarded.
