Site Administrator

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Engineering Construction division on projects in Western Australia. This is a fixed-term opportunity on a 2:1 roster. The role is FIFO from Perth. We are seeking Perth-based candidates who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their organisational skills, and enjoy supporting busy project teams in a fast-paced site environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
* Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
* Acting as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel
* Managing and maintaining documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files

What you’ll bring:

* 1 year experience in site administration within the resources sector
* Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless mobilisation process to our employees
* Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
