As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering 5-Star service and ensuring each customer finds the perfect clothing, footwear, and decoration solution. Your ability to connect with customers, stay organised, and drive sales will make you a standout.
Key responsibilities
Engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to provide expert advice and service.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
Ensuring the store is always at its best - organised, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Handling inventory and restocking, making sure products are displayed to maximise sales.
Contributing to a high-performing team environment by supporting colleagues and mentoring others.
About you
A natural people-person who enjoys connecting with customers and building relationships.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic - you love achieving results and take pride in your work.
Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills - you stay focused even in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy - comfortable using computers, POS systems, and email communication.
Previous sales experience is great but not essential, a positive attitude and willingness to learn more important.
