The Opportunity:
As the Coordinator of the Indigenous Youth Program in Katherine, you will lead a dynamic team of Youth Workers to deliver safe, fun and dynamic programs that create opportunities for personal growth and development for young people. With expertise in working with young people, you will collaborate with them and external stakeholders to support young people in achieving positive outcomes.

Any successfully appointed applicant will be required to adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Young People framework, which includes a thorough safeguarding children and young people induction and a commitment to upholding the safety and wellbeing of children and young people throughout their engagement with YMCA.
Subject to grant funding requirements, the Indigenous Youth Program Coordinator is an identified role, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander persons are strongly encouraged to apply.
