Customer Service Officer – Healthcare Support (APS3 Equivalent)

• Location: Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Hobart, Canberra (Hybrid post-training)

• Pay Rate: $48.60/hr + Super

• Term: 6-Month Initial Contract (Possibility to extend)

• Work Type: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking inbound calls from clients, medical service providers, and key stakeholders in a supportive environment.

• Processing treatment requests, verifying eligibility, and handling routine correspondence.

• Updating client records accurately using modern internal database platforms.

• Escalating complex queries to specialist teams while keeping clients informed.

• Collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily service delivery goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in phone-based customer service, call centers, or administrative support.

• Tech-Savvy: Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly.

• Great Communicator: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.

• Clearance Ready: Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (sponsored upon start).

• Location Flexibility: Ability to attend full-time training on-site in your capital city, transitioning to up to 2 days working from home afterward.
