Business Development Manager – Property Managemen

Coles & Carter Real Estate is looking for a driven, confident and people-focused Business Development Manager whose number one priority will be building and expanding the rent roll. This is a genuine growth role where you'll be responsible for creating new opportunities, developing relationships with property owners and investors, converting leads and bringing new managements into the agency. Alongside business development, you will also assist with property inspections across the rental portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new property-management business

• Generate, nurture and convert new management leads

• Build strong relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners

• Identify new opportunities to grow the rent roll

• Conduct rental appraisals and attend meetings with prospective clients

• Prepare and present tailored management proposals

• Follow up every opportunity consistently and confidently

• Secure signed management agreements

• Coordinate the onboarding and handover of new rental properties

• Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections

• Current driver's licence and own reliable, presentable vehicle required
