What you’ll be doing:

• Inspecting and preparing fresh produce, meats, and seafood, ensuring only the finest quality ingredients make it into our kitchen.

• Using your knowledge of cooking techniques, from grilling and baking to braising and frying, to bring our dishes to life.

• Mastering temperature control across ovens, grills, fryers, and more to achieve consistently perfect results.

• Learning to balance flavours with precision, seasoning dishes throughout the cooking process to create memorable dining experiences.

• Owning your section during service, working with speed, efficiency, and calm focus under pressure.

• Following NSW Food Safety Standards and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and kitchen organisation.

• Storing ingredients correctly and safely

• Keeping your workstation clean, sanitised, and ready for action at all times.

• Portioning food with accuracy to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control.

• Packing takeaway items with the same care and precision as dine-in meals, ensuring they travel just as beautifully.
