Venue Manager - Mountain Culture Redfern

Full-time | $85k to $100k + super | 158 Regent St, Redfern

Mountain Culture started as a small brewery in Katoomba, focused on making good beer and building a great team around it. A few years on, we've grown into venues across three states.

We're looking for a Venue Manager to run the day to day and make this place their own. If you've managed a venue before with little support, sorting the marketing yourself, patching rosters at midnight, making every call alone, this role is built to be different. You'll still run the venue, but you won't be doing it by yourself.

• Running day-to-day operations across FOH and BOH: rosters, ordering, compliance and everything in between

• Leading, training and rostering the floor and bar team

• Owning the P&L: labour, COGS and wastage, with support from head office when you need it

• Working with our in-house marketing and design team on events and the food and drinks menu, so you're not stuck making posters in Canva between pours

• Main point of contact on the ground for guests, staff and suppliers

• Keeping RSA, WHS and licensing tight, with guidance when you need it

• 2+ years managing a busy bar, pub or restaurant. Bonus points if craft beer is your thing.

• Current RSA and a solid handle on rostering, stock control and P&L

• Current Licensee Training (LT) or Advanced Licensee Training (ALT) preferred

• A team-first attitude. You lead from the floor.

• Comfortable making decisions, and just as comfortable asking for help when something's outside your lane

• $85k to $100k + super, based on experience
