Events Food & Beverage Attendants

The Glen Hotel is an iconic, award-winning, family-owned, and operated Hotel located in Eight Mile Plains. With a diverse range of facilities including multiple dining and bar areas, gaming room, event spaces, retail bottle shop, 4.5-star accommodation, and a coffee shop. Our Events Department is looking for a motivated and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants who are ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in food and beverage service who is eager to step in to a more responsible role and develop their leadership skills.

 The role will include:

• Providing service of food and beverage to events held in the venue

• Providing high-level customer service

• Assisting with the full event process from set up, sequence of service right through to pack down

• Liaising with the Events Manager and senior team to ensure smooth operations

 What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience (essential) Bonus for Events experience

• Experience providing basic bar service (pouring tap beer/wine, making cocktails)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (essential)

• Current RSA (essential)
