Job description:

Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for our next Sales and Office Coordinator to join the team at HOT100 and MIX1049 and support the delivery of entertainment experiences to our listeners, clients and team members locally.

About the role:

• Provide sales coordination and administrative support to assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Process advertising bookings, material instructions and campaign documentation accurately and on time
• Support the coordination of promotions, outside broadcasts and station activities in collaboration with Sales and Promotions teams
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing a high level of service and responsiveness
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation to support campaign delivery and reconciliation
• Assist with general office administration, including phones, reception and day-to-day office coordination
• Support a positive, well-organised office environment that enables teams to deliver great entertainment outcomes

About you:

• Experience in administration, coordination or sales support (media experience advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisation and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to support multiple priorities
