We’re looking for our next Sales and Office Coordinator to join our team at 3BA & POWER 103.1 to enable us to deliver entertainment experiences to our listeners, clients and team members locally.

About The Role

Provide sales coordination and administrative support to assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targetsProcess advertising bookings, material instructions and campaign documentation accurately and on timeSupport the coordination of promotions, outside broadcasts and station activities in collaboration with Sales and Promotions teamsAct as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing a high level of service and responsivenessMaintain accurate records, reports and documentation to support campaign delivery and reconciliationAssist with general office administration, including phones, reception and day-to-day office coordinationSupport a positive, well-organised office environment that enables teams to deliver great entertainment outcomes

About You

Experience in administration, coordination or sales support (media experience advantageous but not essential)Strong organisation and time-management skills with attention to detailClear communication skills and a customer-service mindsetA proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to support multiple priorities
