Support the delivery of the CDU Menzies Medical Program through innovative teaching, curriculum development, student support and academic leadership.

About the Position
As a Senior Lecturer Medical Clinical Sciences, you will support the development and delivery of Year 1 and Year 2 of the CDU Menzies Medical Program. You will design and deliver engaging curriculum and learning activities, problem-based learning, mentor and support medical students, and assess their academic progress. Working closely with the Medical Program Course Coordinator, academic staff and external stakeholders, you will contribute to accreditation and quality improvement and undertake research and scholarly activities that advance medical education and support the development of the Northern Territory’s future medical workforce.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

• PhD or Professional Doctorate in biomedical and/or clinical sciences and proven experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in medical education in clinical science disciplines 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Organisational proficiency, with experience in program coordination, administrative management, and quality assurance in higher education.
• Commitment to the University’s values.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at HE Academic Level C. The base salary will be in the range of $138,554 - $162,146 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $162,108 - $189,710 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
