Customer Care Consultant Trade Store - Geraldton, WA

The Role

We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Geraldton Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you’ll be responsible for creating a great customer service experience, assisting with the smooth running of our store and adding to our friendly culture.

There is a lot to learn within this role; making this role ideal for a retail all-rounder who loves operating in a fast-paced environment, learning new things and helping their co-workers.

Comfort with lifting up to 15kg loads will be a requirement for this position. If you are proactive, communicate well and are reliable; apply with us today!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
• Replenish shelves and assist with stocktake/merchandising
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
• Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments
• Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good physical fitness
