Customer Care Consultant TS

The Role

We are looking for an organised and experienced Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Broome Trade Store!

Joining a phenomenally long tenured team (the last recruitment for this store happened back in 2005), we are providing the rare opportunity for an experienced retail professional who can hit the ground running to become part of our community.

Engaging with all aspects of running a successful store (from operating forklift trucks to providing expert advice to tradesmen); this role is ideal for a professional who has worked previously with industrial supplies to call home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
• Keep administration organised as required
• Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

• Extensive previous experience in a similar wholesale, trades or industrial supplies environment
• Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
• A valid forklift ticket and experience with forklift trucks
• A proactive and team first attitude with a willingness to communicate well
