North Shore Tavern is a privately owned, highly successful venue on the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor/Assitant Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced venue, offering the opportunity to work with a strong team and contribute to a well-established operation.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue

• Provide strong leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations

• Maintain venue procedures, policies, and compliance standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures

• Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Hands-on, proactive approach

Requirements

• Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications

• Availability to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and nights
