Practice Nurse ( RN )

Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinic.

Our clinic provides high-quality medical services and is a trusted part of the local community. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team including Doctors, Allied Health professionals, Nurses, and Administrative staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Immunisations

• Wound care and dressings

• ECGs

• Assisting with minor procedures

• Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans)

• Health Assessments

• Care Plan

• Patient recalls and follow-ups

• Infection prevention and control

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Practice

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

• Current CPR certification (Advanced Life Support desirable)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced emergency setting

• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and reliable with working hours (including weekends if required)

• Best Practice software knowledge (desirable)
