Practice Nurse

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a general practice environment and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Working alongside our GPs and practice team, you will provide a broad range of clinical nursing services, including:

• Immunizations clinic

• Chronic disease management and care planning

• Health assessments and preventive health care

• Wound care and dressings

• Health education and lifestyle advice

• Assisting with minor procedures

• Observations and other clinical assessments

• Care coordination and follow-up

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Supporting the practice team in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality patient care

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

• Has experience in general practice nursing, or is keen to develop their skills in primary care

• Has excellent clinical and communication skills

• Is compassionate, professional and patient-focused

• Works well independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Has strong organizational and time-management skills

• Is confident with clinical systems and electronic medical records

• Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
