Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our team. In this role, you will manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement, providing guidance and outstanding service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing files from appointment to settlement.
• Prepare, review, and lodge conveyancing and settlement documentation.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, settlement agents, brokers, financial institutions, and legal representatives.
• Conduct title searches and due diligence investigations.
• Monitor critical dates and ensure settlements and conditions occur on time.
• Provide clients with timely, clear and professional advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication.

About you

• Previous experience as a Conveyancer.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience using PEXA is essential; experience with Realtime Conveyancer will be highly regarded.
• A proactive, caring, and solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• A willingness to learn, contribute, and both ask and answer questions within a supportive team environment.
