About your new role

• Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.

• Manage day-to-day classroom operations and maintain flexible routines.

• Mentor and lead your classroom team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.

• Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of our children.

• Build strong relationships and partnerships with children, families, and the community.

A little about you

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.

• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications.

• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.

• Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families.
