Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an energetic, skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team at our Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Nerang centre!

This is a pernamaent role, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with the opportunity to grow to 5 days

Your New Role:

• Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.

• Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.

• Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.

• Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.

• Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.

• Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements. 

• Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.

• Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

• Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.

About You: 

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.

• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.

• Hold a current Blue Card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable). 

• A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
